According to conduced analyzes in 2020 year 68.3 million people will die in the world, including respiratory diseases 11.9 million, cardiovascular diseases 11.1 million and cerebrovascular diseases 7.7 million. These data are depending on the economic status of societies. It should be emphasized that in the world 4.7 million people will die from COPD, accounting for 6.8% of all deaths. In 2030 year in the world COPD and pneumonia will be in third place in countries with moderate economic status. Lung cancer currently occupy and in the future will occupy a prominent place in the run statistics, along with other tobacco-related diseases. The increasing number of infections caused by multi-drug resistant strains is referred primarily to the respiratory tract. Easy spread of bacterial resistance caused the distinction as being particularly dangerous to life and health as alert pathogens. It was documented the increasing impact of GMOs on the prevalence of allergic diseases. In 2016 year highlights the social movements taking place, commercial and immigration, which bring new threats to life and health of the public targeted countries.
