The usefulness of ultrasonography (USG) in quick diagnosis is highly assessed. As a „third eye”, after the medical and radiological, through mobility, it can be available at any place and at any time for each patient. In patients with pathology of the respiratory tract an important limitation to carry out is the presence of air in the organ. No less in many pathological conditions, such as atelectasis lungs, fluid in the pleural cavity, or blood clots, ultrasound is a very helpful technique research. Similarly, inflammation of the lung parenchyma can be used to study the early diagnosis and monitoring of changes during treatment.
