Today’s threat of infections caused by pathogens alarm is of particular importance, because observe a significant reduction in the effectiveness of antibiotics. Alarm list of pathogens is variable, as the familiar bacterial strains, there are new, which exhibit high resistance to antibiotics. Observed they are also completely new pathogens that occur epidemically and often pose a threat to health and life. An example would be the emergence of strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae NDM and outbreaks caused by the Ebola virus and Zika. In Polish conditions it was also reported outbreaks of epidemic infections Klebsiella pneumoniae NDM, as well as numerous disease caused by Clostridium difficile and Rotavirus. In 2013. reported to the State Sanitary Inspection of 25 outbreaks of nosocomial infections, which were infected with a total of 212 people. It found following alert-pathogens as Klebsiella pneumoniae ESBL (+) – 10 outbreaks (40%), Clostridium difficile producing tosyny A and B, including one strain hiperwilurentny 027 / NAP 1 / B1 – 7 foci (28%), Rotavirus – 5 outbreaks (20%) and Acinetobacter baumannii resistant to carbapenems – 1 fireplace (4%). Changes in progress are very dynamic and require constant supervision of a specialist with cooperation with epidemiologist.
